Cancellation policy

When you purchase a Dear You subscription, you'll receive a new Dear You delivery each month.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each monthly delivery.

You can cancel your Dear You subscription at any time before your next renewal. There is no minimum subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the link provided in your subscription or order emails. If you need any help, you can also contact us at hello@dearyouletters.co.uk.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available for immediate fulfilment. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then collect the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, please see our Return and Refund Policy for information about cancellations, returns and refunds.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
